Job Title: Trainee (1 year contract)
Department: MARK/FI
Responsibilities:
- Assist to perform comprehensive marketing support
- Help to manage related customer files
- First contact for daily customer enquiries
- Support service administration work, such as document filing, etc.
- Translate from English to Chinese and vice-versa
- Support to collect information, market intelligence on customers
- Other assigned tasks
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate in Bachelor degree or above
- Major in Economics, Banking and Finance etc.
- Excellent oral and written English
- Chinese Native speaker
- Intern or short term experience in banking industry is a plus
- Be able to use word, Excel, PowerPoint and other MS office
- Reliable, Proactive and able to deliver on time and meet expectations
- Good sense of integrity and self-motivated
- Autonomous working capacity
- Be able to work hard under pressure
