Our 24-month Mainland Management Trainee Programme ("MMT") is designed to give graduates a balance of banking industry knowledge, analytical decision -making capabilities and people management skills. This provides the foundation to support long-term development as a specialist in commercial banking up to senior management levels.
The MMT family includes the following specific streams
- Corporate & Commercial Banking
- Personal Financial Services
- Operations
All the above streams will provide you with dynamic and challenging classroom training, on-the-job training and attachment across a wide range of banking functions in Mainland China as well as an attachment in HK. This experience will allow you to build the managerial and technical skills needed for future development and more senior management responsibilities in our China business.
