Job Duties:
-To perform accurate and efficient counter transactions and to offer a high st
andard of courteous and professional service to customers.
-To establish and keep good relationship with valuable customers by providing
one-stop counter services.

2. Senior Relationship Assistant

Job Duties:
- To assist in the preparation and follow up on all documentation relating to
credit facilities.
- To prepare facility letter.
- To assist in the opening of corporate accounts.
- To perform simple financial analysis and assist in writing reviews.
- To assist in management reporting and updating customer information.
Job Requirements:
- University graduate, majored in accounting, finance or related discipline, w
ith one year relevant experience preferred.
- Good analytical thinking and attention to details.
- Fluent oral English and good writing skill.

3. 运筹理财客户经理(Customer Service Officer)

Job Duties:
-To identify potential high value customers with large deposits for referral t
o Personal Relationship Officer(PRO).
-To deliver high standard of professional service to ensure customer satisfact
ion, establish good
relationship with existing and walk-in customers, evaluate customers' needs &
cross-sell appropriate products.
-To maintain service enhancement in ensuring the professional environment of t

and handling difficult situations to customers' satisfaction.

4. 卓越理财客户主任(Premier Relationship Assistant)
Location:广州
Job Duties:
- To handle all inferior HSBC Premier(HP)accounts and zero-balance HP accounts
follow up work.
- To chase deposit from all Home Mortgage Loan(HML) customers with monthly ave
rage balance below the threshold for HML preferential interest rate.
- To answer all incoming HP phone calls if Personal Relationship Officer (PRO)
is occupied and to be responsible for all messages HP customer leave in PRO's
voice mail.
- To make sure HP gift redemption mechanics works smoothly.
- To proactively identity sales opportunities, cross-sell bank products and se
rvices most beneficial to customers, and individually complete sales process i
f all PROs are occupied.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder. 1-2 years customer service experience,ideally in fi
nancial industry prefered.
- Good communication and selling skills.
- Good understanding of Personal Financial Services products/services.
- Good spoken & written English.
- Well organized.

5. Snr Compliance Assistant (合规部高级助理)
Location: 顺德
Job Duties:
-Assist Compliance Executive to closely monitor the branch operation to ensure
the implementation of external regulations and internal guidelines, arrange b
riefing session for the new regulations upon receipt;
-Monitor the timely distribution of local regulations and internal circulars,
procedures and the guideline implemention;
-Supervise the compliance related returns and reporting and ensure timely subm
ission to CNQ and Local authorities;
-Conduct monthly/regular review;
-Monitor or deliver regular training to ensure staff awareness of compliance a
nd anti-money laundering;
-Assist to apply for launching of new product or businesses and follow up the
approval process with local authorities.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in law, economics or finance related discipline, master degre
e is prefered;
-At least 3 years of work experience in related field, experience in law firm
or audit firm preferred;
-Familiar with banking products, procedures and financial regulations;
-Analytical, independent, detailed and good at communication;
-Proficiency in both spoken and written English;
-Committed, logical thinking and can work under pressure.
