Handle daily client inquiries related to transactions, e-banking troub
le shooting and FCY supporting documents etc
• Coordinate with back office team for transaction investigation, urgent
payments and incoming collections
• Retrieve and fax/email advices and statements to customers as requeste
d
• Prepare and send the notification to clients as well as calls for annu
al inspection, overdue documents, dormant account notification and FCY inward
remittance reporting etc, escalate to RM/Sales where appropriate; work with th
e team leader to ensure the required documents are collected in time
• Provide comprehensive customer/user trainings and proactively solve pr
oblems
• Maintain close contact with tiered customers to ensure DB’s service i
s up to standard. Assist in the timely consolidation of management information
to enable the continuous review of service standards, proactively monitor and
take appropriate actions to ensure that expected utilization and penetration
levels are met
• Graduate with 2-3 years’ experience or finance in a banking environme
nt.
• Knowledge of accounting principles (relevant to clients) is major asse
t.
• Familiar with multi OS platform, LAN, application and telecommunicatio
n software/equipment and experienced in data communication
• Customer focus and service oriented
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Fluent in both oral and written English.
