RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Build a disciplined sales team for the delivery of revenue targets within SME Banking by
a.institute sales performance measurement system
b.establish effective sales channels for SME market
c.provide effective sales coaching for highest quality
2.To assist the BFM team to generate new business via direct selling to customers and referrals from different sales channels.
3.Maintain close relationship with SME Banking customers in providing solution based initiatives to meet their needs.
4.Identify and priorities activities to maximize revenue contribution from the high potential customers of the region
5.Gather and probe customer profile before Credit Services Manager can conduct in depth credit analysis by providing high quality credit applications
6.Structure transaction of deals based on customer needs and give justifications for waiver/deviations from standard pricing.
7.Consult and recommend strategies where account management or recovery is needed on problem accounts, assisting credit in identifying sources for minimizing loan losses.
8.Work closely with branch service staff and other SME Banking service centers to ensure a high level of after-sales service is provided to SME Banking customers in the region
9.Give regular feedback to Manager, Marketing and Channel Manager on product processes based on customer feedback in the region
10.Must comply with all compliance requirements with high attention on a) alertness to MLP procedures and take the lead at all times to be alert to unusual or possibly suspicious customer activity. Job holder must report any suspicious transaction to respectively Unit MLPO via LINE MANAGER (reporting manager) or directly to the Country MLPO b) observant of reputation risk c) strict prohibited from mis-selling activities
QUALIFICATION:
1.Strong commercial banking experience with team leader experience
2.Solid knowledge of Trade Services& Cash Management
3.Possess basic lending and credit skills
4.Knowledge of consumer banking product is a plus.
5.Ability to sell banking services and products into a competitive market in a highly motivated manner.
6.Demonstration of leadership quality if required to lead a sales team
7.Good command of spoken and written English.
