Our Sales teams deliver a wide variety of solutions to clients using traditional and complex strategy in all the major financial centres. With equity as major underlying and fully aligned with clients needs, our business offers solutions to a professional clientele (Asset managers, hedge funds, banks, brokers) covering the whole equity spectrum. In flow equity, its offer expands from the simplest (Cash Equity Research and Listed Options & Futures) to the more complex services (sophisticated Algorithmic Execution and exotic OTC products). It also comprises the entire universe of listed products (ETFs, warrants, certificates, ETNs) and its financial services include a complete 1 Delta offer (Swaps, CFDs, synthetic prime brokerage) and exotic derivative strategies. Graduates joining the business in Sales roles are responsible for promoting and selling financial solutions from a trading desk in one of our poles of excellence. You approach new clients, build stronger commercial relationships with existing clients and provide innovative advice and solutions within a clearly defined geographical area. You also contribute to the development of new investment solutions with our financial engineering unit. We are looking for a Masters graduate with Finance/Commercial skills and fluency in English. Previous experience in transactions in cash or equity related products would be an advantage. |

We have an opportunity for a graduate to join our business as a Credit Analyst, focusing on assessment & recommendation of corporate lending, structured financing and derivative requests for the SG investment banking businesses. You will be primarily covering the corporate sector, which includes preparation of the credit submission/opinions, addressing business and financial risks of the counterparty, sensitivity and cashflow analyses, input on structuring and transaction profitability. We are looking for a graduate who is fluent in English and has excellent numerical skills and a good understanding of credit documentation such as syndicated loan agreements, ISDAs, guarantees etc. If you have excellent written and verbal communication skills and you can identify, analyse and assess credit of counterparties, understand/implement essential elements of good facility structuring and pricing, and balance (conflicting) objectives of clients and the Bank, we want to hear from you. |

As a graduate within our Syndication teams, your mission is to review, study and analyse transactions and to advise on pricing and distribution strategy thanks to your specific knowledge of the conditions either the loan, bond or equity capital market transaction. In particular you will play an active part in the origination, structuring, underwriting and in the risk approval process. Once your team is mandated, it is your responsibility to ensure the syndication is appropriately executed and coordinated to achieve best distribution. Within Operations, the Analyst opportunity will be involved in covering the following financial products: Equities, Fixed Income, Interest Rate Derivatives (vanilla and exotics), Credit Default swaps (vanilla and exotics), Forex, Commodities, for all operations done in Europe, Asia and in the US. SG CIB is committed in various trading activities with institutional counterparts on a wide array of products, ranging from plain vanilla to highly complex exotic structures. We have an opportunity for a graduate to join as an integral part of the Middle Office Team focussing on strengthening the efficiencies and processing of the group to support the Front Office business line. You will be located in the Middle Office, involved in processing the activity of the various desks, including Trade input/modification and cancellation for events, resolving Front Office vs. Back Office trade breaks, externally affirming trading actions and taking part on programme projects. We are looking for a graduate who understand Operations and the importance of the role to the activity of the bank. Previous experience in a Trade Support role is desirable in addition to excellent analytical and financial skills and fluency in Cantonese and English. Candidates with a Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or other quantitative degrees are preferred. |
