招聘职位：Trade Middle Office Assistant 贸易操作部文员
Job Duties:
-To check DC/Non DC bills in accordance with his/her bills checking limit and list out all discrepancies found (if any) and advise customers.
-To capture bills record to bank's system.
-To prepare bill finance for manager's approval upon customer's request.
-Provide good service to customer, communicate with customer and answer their inquiries relating to Export processing.
-To relieve other checkers during their absence.
-Ensure compliance with all relevant internal instructions and external regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
-University graduate;
-Solid knowledge of international trade and operations;
-Good command of both written and spoken English;
-Sound communication skills;
-Steady, Patient, responsive and dynamic;
-Self-motivated and teamwork;
-CDCS qualification is preferred.
