We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Assistant HML Team Manager SUZ.
In this role, you will:
· Leads and contributes to the achievement of HML business strategy
· Contribute to HML business target achieve ratio
· Assist with relevant sales activities
· Contributes to the enhancement of HML sales and service quality
· Assist to improve customer relationship regarding HML cases
· Manage HML case processes
· Foster a smooth communication and interactive platform between HML related departments (CCR/CDT OPS) and frontline sales to maximize business opportunities for the Bank
· Ensure adequate training for team members
· Contribute to knowledge sharing among team members
· To be alert of the frequently changing HML related policies and Property market move.
· To ensure the HML business target achievement by proactively developing HML channels and acquiring new HML cases under the market with fierce competition while not compromising of compliance with internal and external regulations/policies.
· To ensure the smooth communication and interaction with HML related departments by fostering the effective communication platform
· To ensure the staff members to be well equipped with knowledge of HML products, credit policies and HML business process.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
· Retail banking
· Bachelor degree or above experience.
· HML related experience is preferred.
· Managerial/leadership skills.
· Sales/marketing and presentation skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise effectively with personnel across functions.
