- be in your final year of study

Induction:
You will hit the ground running with a seven week induction training program
in London. Your schedule will include networking events, global orientation,
soft-skill and division specific training to really help you make your mark a
s an Analyst, and to fully understand the organisationand structure of Legal,
Risk & Capital.The training will cover accounting, products, excel and a mod
ule to provide you with specific technical training for your first rotation.
This experience is an invaluable opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge and b
uild relationships which will be vital to you in your career with the bank.
Program:
Over the course of your program, you can expect to take an active and product
ive role. You will complete three rotations, two within your hiring stream an
d one within another area of the division. Your role during each rotation wil
l vary, providing you with breadth and depth of experience and honing your sk
ills. You will also participate in a mentoring program, where you have the po
ssibility to meet members of the senior management and which will be invaluab
le to your development and provide you with good networking possibilities. Al
l in all the program is a good mix between training off-the-job and on-the-jo
b.
Development:
We believe that continuous learning is vital to your career at Deutsche Bank
and will ensure that you benefit from ongoing professional development throug
hout the program and beyond. During the course of your program, approximately
six months after the induction, you will participate in a regional training
course, where you will refine skills such as project management, communicatio
n and presentation skills.
