We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Maintenance Assistant IEH SHH.
In this role, you will:

To file the department related documents in a systematic order
-
To assist the executive to update Business Recovery Plan and other paper works
-
To handle incoming and outgoing correspondences and the document transfer between RBWM and other departments, send out facsimiles and distribute incoming ones in order.

To attend to the incoming telephone calls to customers’ satisfaction

To prepare the buy-smart order for RBWM, take charge of what received and deliver to related person.

To handle ITT for counter

To prepare daily and monthly reports for supervisor’s checking, and forward to FCD, AOC or SAFE
-
To have a strong sales sense and skills to cross-sell and proactively refer potential customers to Customer Relationship Officer or Manager to support sales and promotion strategies. To be able to sell independently promoted products to valuable customers under specific.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

Bachelor degree holder (recognized by the state)

General understanding of BKG Operations and retail products.

Understanding of local rules and regulations.

Good communication skills with internal/external customers
-
Self disciplined, motivated and well-organized;
-
Acceptable verbal and writing English.
